Refund Policy
Each chandelier is handmade to order, crafted specifically for each client. Because of the custom nature of these pieces, all sales are final once production has begun.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, production begins and materials are ordered; therefore cancellations are no longer accepted.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are not accepted for made-to-order items.
- Natural variations in porcelain flowers, finishes, and handmade details are normal and expected and are not considered defects.
- Each chandelier is unique; no two pieces will be exactly identical.
Damaged Items
- If your chandelier arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged area
- The packaging
- I will gladly offer a repair, replacement part, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
